Why this post?
Another post that went viral this week—it got 1.7k likes in a day and performed 4-70 times better than Stephen’s other posts this week.
This post deconstructs Silicon Valley's AI strategy with both intellectual depth and moral urgency.
BREAKDOWN:
Opens with a provocative question that challenges the "free AI" narrative
Uses a striking visual metaphor (pile of cash) that instantly communicates scale
Combines precise financial data with concise analysis
Employs the powerful "Is it a gift? Or a trap?" setup to frame the argument
Breaks down complex industry dynamics into a three-step strategy anyone can understand

This post performed 3-5 times better than Austin's other posts this week.
This post combines impressive results with a strategic lead magnet approach.
BREAKDOWN:
Opens with a dramatic before/after transformation story ("A year ago... Today...")
Uses precise metrics ($60M+ in annualized pipeline) to establish credibility
Includes a professional-looking data visualization that proves the claims
Balances vulnerability ("we struggled to find success") with triumph ("40% M/M growth")
Shares a condensed version of the methodology while withholding detailed tactics
Ends with an irresistible call-to-action requiring minimal effort ("Comment 'PAID'")
HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN POST:
Start with a dramatic before/after transformation with specific timeframe
Include precise metrics that demonstrate impressive growth
Add a clean, professional data visualization that supports your claims
Share enough methodology to be credible but not enough to be completely actionable

My system for creating weekly content in just 60 minutes
I used to spend hours crafting posts.
Now I create 7 posts in 90 minutes.
Here's my exact process:
1. Record client meetings
- Use Otter, Fireflies, or other app for notetaking
- Mark golden nuggets during calls
- Extract key insights later
2. Voice notes while walking
- Use AI for voice-to-text posts (I use PostHero)
- Capture ideas between meetings
- Transform commute time into content
3. Screenshot everything
- Save competitor posts that perform well
- Capture customer testimonials
- Document process improvements
4. Create an idea bank
- Save insights from sales calls
- Common customer questions
- Team wins and learnings
- Product updates
- I use Notion board to save all ideas
5. Batch creation sessions
- Block 60 minutes weekly
- Review saved material on the board
- Transform into structured posts
- I spend 60 minutes every Monday creating content for the week
The secret isn't working harder.
It's capturing insights when they naturally occur.
Post Template: Engagement Mindset Template
You can use the template below to create content faster with AI. Just provide your context and copy the template. It will help you create content following a viral post structure.
Template:
My [PLATFORM] posts got [NUMBER]+ [METRIC] last [TIMEFRAME].
But I want to share a lesson with you:
All of these "[ENGAGEMENT_TYPE]" metrics are the same. [METRIC_1]. [METRIC_2]. [METRIC_3]. There's no real difference in HOW you support others in their [VALUE_PROPOSITION].
Your network will always:
Get notified when you [ACTION_1]
Get notified when you [ACTION_2]
Get notified when you [ACTION_3] a post
"[KEY_INSIGHT]" → This is the psychology behind building [ASSET_TYPE] on [PLATFORM].
In other words: YOU are helping others build. [EMOJI]
Now...
Imagine how many posts you've scrolled today - and haven't engaged. For whatever reason.
Now imagine how many ([LARGE_NUMBER]) of folks could've seen good content because of you.
What I'm trying to say is:
[MAIN_MESSAGE] → Takes [TIME_INVESTMENT].
A [ENGAGEMENT_TYPE_1]. A [ENGAGEMENT_TYPE_2]. A [ENGAGEMENT_TYPE_3] → [MAIN_POINT]. Just keep pushing good content to others. Keep enabling others to build their dreams.
After all...
That's what [PLATFORM] is all about. [HEART_EMOJI]
Or am I wrong?
P.S. Instead of [ALTERNATIVE_ACTION] this, go support a [TARGET_DESCRIPTION] in your feed. Or a post with [ENGAGEMENT_LEVEL] likes. They could be the next big thing (we just don't know it yet). Thank you.
