The strategy is straightforward. Here is what I changed:
Hi there,

Don’t stay where you're not fulfilled
Why this post?
This post went viral, receiving 33k likes in 4 days. It received 8-45 more engagement and views than Luke's posts this week.
What can we learn here?
Strong hook with a promise: "Don't stay where you're not fulfilled. Here is how you can make bold career transitions." This immediately names a common problem (feeling unfulfilled) and promises a solution. People will keep reading because they want the "how" for this important life change.
Visual impact: The sign photo with its message about "walking through the wrong door" makes a strong point about career choices. The black text on white background with lighting makes it look important and eye-catching.
Key mindset shift: "Mastering change isn't about having no fear. It's about moving forward despite it." This makes big career changes feel more doable by accepting that fear is normal.
Clear roadmap: The post breaks down career changes into 5 simple steps (Honest Assessment, Strategic Planning, Network Activation, Skills Investment, Bold Execution). Each step has clear, doable actions.
Practical advice: Uses simple arrows (↳) to show specific actions under each step, like "Map your transferable strengths objectively" and "Build bridges before burning doors."
Powerful ending: "The biggest risk isn't changing paths. It's staying on the wrong one." This clever twist makes staying put seem riskier than making a change.

2. Great leaders always defend their team
Why this post?
Another viral post this week—it got 12k likes in a day and performed 1.5-20 times better than Chris's other posts.
What can we learn here?
Powerful hook: "Great leaders always defend their team. They take the blame and pass on the praise." This clear opening tells everyone what real leadership means in just two lines.
Strong visual: The highlighted text on notepad paper makes the message stand out. The green highlights make key points pop, like "defend your team" and "management." The image ending with "You shouldn't be in management" makes a bold point that sticks in readers' minds.
Clear contrast: The post shows what bad leaders do (shift blame, micromanage) versus good leaders, making it easy to spot the difference. Using emojis helps make these points stand out.
Real problem naming: "It kills team morale like nothing else" speaks to what many people have felt but maybe couldn't say. This makes the post very relatable.
Practical warning signs: Lists specific bad habits to watch for, like "Saying 'yes' to everything" and "Totally ignoring work-life balance." These examples help readers spot problems in their own workplace.
Smart ending: "Do you know a good manager? Tag them and show appreciation" encourages sharing and creates positive engagement.
3. I used to be a shy, quiet girl.
Why this post?
This post performed 2-8 times better than Victoria's other posts this week.
What can we learn here?
Personal hook with intrigue: "I used to be a shy, quiet girl. And I missed out on so many opportunities:" This two-part opening works perfectly because:
a) It starts with vulnerability that many can relate to
b) The mention of "missed opportunities" creates curiosity - readers want to know what chances she lost
Clear problem list: Using arrows (↳) to list real examples of missed chances - "Invitations I didn't accept," "Roles I didn't think I deserved" - helps readers see their own missed opportunities.
Strong visual: The black and white banner with "NO" in red makes the message pop. The clean, professional design makes the advice feel important and official.
Story of change: Mentioning "a wise boss" who gave life-changing advice shows how one person and one idea can change everything. This gives readers hope.
Practical benefits: The post breaks down why asking matters into 4 clear points, like "It Opens Doors You Didn't Know Were There" and "It Builds Confidence, Not Just Skills."
Powerful ending: "You're just one 'yes' away from your next big step" turns fear into hope. This memorable line pushes readers to take action.
One change I made to 2X impressions on LinkedIn last week
Here's what I changed: Instead of spreading my engagement throughout the day, I concentrated it around my posting time.
The strategy is straightforward:
15 minutes before publishing: Engage with others' content
Post my content
15 minutes after publishing: Comment on my post and engage with others
That's it. No fancy techniques. No profile optimization. No complex writing formulas.
Just 30 minutes of strategic engagement at the right time doubled my post impressions.
Why does this work?
1. You're catching people when they're active
2. The algorithm notices your increased activity
3. Your engagement feels more natural and timely
4. You build momentum around your content
Previously, I'd do my engagement in the morning, disconnected from my posting schedule. This simple timing adjustment made all the difference.
